"The number of foreclosure lawsuits filed by lenders in Hawaii rose 9 percent in February, when compared to the same month last year, according to data from the state Judiciary.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports
there were 375 new foreclosure lawsuits filed in February, which
continued a gradual rising in the number of cases since Hawaii's
foreclosure law was amended last summer to force lenders to revise how
they initiate new cases."
