Bank of America's non response

Bank of America still hasn't gotten back to me on the two loans we sent requests in on---nothing, no letter, no word.  I am going to the cabin today so will dig out specialists number and call.  No doubt they will have misplaced something I sent and need it again, or claim they never got it in the first place---and so the cycle of nothingness will no doubt begin again.
