No call yet
Last week RaMonica Moten, my customer relations manager, called to say she would absolutely have the paper work by Tuesday. She stated she would call after she went through it to see if anything was missing. You think she called yesterday? NEGATIVE! So back on the phone for me today. Next it will be a request to update all the information they have misplaced for over half of a month.
