It has been ten business days since Bank of America's CEO office SIGNED for 370 pages of documentation. On the outside of the box written in black sharpie was "RaMonica Moten ONLY, Personal and confidential", on both sides of the box. Inside were 370 pages carefully numbered and labeled one by one secured by six rubber bands holding it all together, with a copy of the Staples receipt showing I made as many copies as were included. Even if someone else opened the box do you not think they would know it was time sensitive paper work directed at a certain individual as noted? Since she signs her letters from the CEO office and the address I sent it to do you think they wouldn't know who she is?
Spoke with her supervisor Monday (yes actually got a live human on the phone). She stated she would track it down--I have called everyday since then------no word, nothing.
