So this customer relations manager, RaMonica Moten, with Bank of America finally reaches me yesterday. My quest was to make sure she got my 4 pounds of documentation. Well she hasn't yet exactly because I addressed it to the main office (which by the way is the address on all her correspondence) not her mail stop. I told her I have been trying to get a hold of her for weeks to confirm the address and any of the messages she left me back was just her name and number. She tells me this is for "security reasons". Really, for security reasons you can't confirm your address. She tells me she should get the paper work in a few days, I have a very bad feeling I just threw $70.00 down the drain and it will be lost for the the seventeenth time.
