Bank of America
I'm going on two weeks trying to get this woman at Bank of America my information. I can never get her on the phone. I leave a message asking for her to give me her email so I can send all the documents I've scanned and all she does is leave me a message with her phone number and extension. She wants me to fax almost 400 pages--of course she does, because that way they can say for the seventeenth time that they haven't gotten it. It's plain stupid.
