Spoke to my customer relations manager's supervisor yesterday. They still don't have my paper work that was sent to the CEO's office (signed UPS confirmation 8/17 9:26 a.m.). Scary when you think the CEO's office, Brian Moynihan, can't even get anything right. Her question "what address did you send it to?" "I sent it to the address clearly printed on every written piece of communication I have received from RaMonica." I chose this address after I called for two weeks to try and confirm address, with no reply. "Well that's the wrong address," she says. Now please tell me why you would print the wrong contact address on all your written communication??????????
Now she is going to try and track the paper work---good luck, seventeenth time lost is all can see coming.
