I have a friend that is living in a house that has been foreclosed on. This particular house is in a class action suit with Bank of America because it is in Utah, and Bank of America was not supposed to foreclose in Utah. He is not the homeowner, he was a renter. I had lunch with him the other day and he has heard nothing from Bank of America, and even though he is not paying rent he says every day he comes home expecting a eviction notice. He explained it this way "you know when you are tilting back in a chair and you hit that point you know you may fall backwards, that's how I feel". My point is this, although there are many renters and homeowners that are not making payments, they still feel like they can fall backwards any time. I know that uncertain feeling, it is awful.
